Guided meditations with energy work

This is a personalized guided meditation infused with energy work to assist with a deeper level of connection to self. You’ll be led onto the akashic plane to clear energetic blocks from every lifetime, timeline, and dimension which can keep you stuck on you healing journey

This is a more focused treatment in which we discuss your goals and the things you feel keep you stuck and then clear those energetic “blocks”

I also offer groups for those who have the space available and want to get their friends and family involved. Group meditations usually focus on a common goal like clearing generation traumas, deeper connection to source/universal energy, deeper connection to your higher self or with divine feminine/masculine energies, etc.
